The Fund originated after the restructure of the Afrika Tikkun private equity portfolio, and the fund management company was renamed. Brian is the sole shareholder and CEO (see profile).
The Fund is focused on corporate finance and BEE consulting, comprising the equity ownership and related components, balance sheet restructuring and recapitalisation, and capital raising.
Our Logo
Our logo is a silver flame resting on a flat base supported by twin pillars. The torch is a common emblem of both enlightenment and hope. The torch held up symbolizes life, truth and the regenerative power of flame.

Why Silver?
Silver symbolizes wealth, success, and power and is associated with meanings of industrial, sleek, high-tech, and modern, as well as ornate, glamorous, graceful, sophisticated, and elegant. Silver is believed to draw negative energy out of the body and replace it with positive energy.
Why Blue?
